Coaching Impacts: worldwide crowd-finding

Are you coaching people who are socially excluded?
Show us where you are and share what you know?

Penguins on ice danielle-barnes-562603-unsplashIn 2010 a small group of people who used coaching to help others enhance both their lives and work got together to offer it to those with the most potential in our prisons and elsewhere. That group became Coaching Inside and Out (CIAO) and we want to raise coaching’s profile and increase its use with those with the most to gain, so that we can unlock human potential everywhere, not just in privileged places.

CIAO knows how coaching can help people in the worst positions change their own lives and are now exploring who else is using it internationally through our Coaching Impacts project.*

Have you had similar ideas about coaching people who are socially excluded anywhere? You can now share your coaching work in a unique global database.**

Please take just two minutes to add your organisation online and submit evaluations of coaching’s effectiveness in any context by 30 April, so we can increase and share the evidence as much as possible for everyone’s benefit. Everyone who does will automatically receive the latest research about what works.

Thank you.

* Funded by the Oak Foundation thanks to people reading Coaching Behind Bars, which has been read in at least 6 continents (we’re eagerly awaiting contact from Antarctica – thanks to Danielle Barnes on Unsplash for the penguin pic).

** We think its unique, but do tell us if there’s another we can link up with.
