CIAO is coaching more people to improve their lives and the lives of others. The charity helps those convicted of offences or at risk of offending.

This pool of coaches will meet immediate demand to coach in person and virtually in the North West of England with possibilities elsewhere. Among these coaches we need people who can also provide coaching supervision and/or coordinate services. 

Are you:

• an exceptional* coach?
• committed to developing your skills?
• able to demonstrate your coaching’s impact on helping people to change their own lives?
• self-employed or willing to coach on a voluntary basis?

* If you’re new to coaching, want to develop your growing skills, and would add to CIAO’s diversity and/or CJS insight; CIAO is committed to developing a diverse workforce and also welcomes applicants with personal experience of the criminal justice system.
