On 4^th October 2010 our Founder rang the Governor of HMP Styal and asked if she could coach some women. CIAO’s coaches have now helped over 2,000 men, women and children in our prisons, communities and schools to change their own lives simply by asking questions.

Coaching Inside and Out was born in tough times and has overcome adversity because our exceptional coaches are nothing if not flexible and persistent. It would have been impossible without them, our trustees and many other funders and friends who have believed in the power of great coaching in the most unlikely places.

Thank you so much to all of you who have supported and challenged us, including our extraordinary clients. Lives have changed more than we’ll ever know.

CIAO will be sharing all we’ve learnt, laughed at and struggled with soon, through inspirational stories and thought-provoking insights from the many different groups and places we’ve coached.
