We very much look forward to hearing from coaches in future and hope you stay well and are able to use your great skills to benefit others meanwhile.
CIAO is growing to realise our ambition of coaching more people convicted of offences, or at risk of offending, to improve their lives and the lives of others. The charity began coaching men and women in prison and now coaches adults and young people at risk of offending in the community too.
We want to create a more just society by providing exceptional coaches who hold time and space for people to feel heard and be challenged to think. Through this we believe we can support people to change the path their life is on and understand that things can be different.
To coach more people, we need more coaches.
CIAO is recruiting a pool of coaches to meet immediate demand in the North West of England.
- an exceptional coach?
- committed to developing your craft even further?
- able to demonstrate the impact your coaching has had on helping people to change their lives?
- willing to work on a self-employed or voluntary basis?
CIAO is committed to equal opportunities and developing a diverse workforce; so we welcome applications from everyone. We’re particularly interested to hear from BAME men and women and those who have personal experience of the criminal justice system.
Does this exciting possibility appeal to you?
If so, please complete the form here by 8am 30th March 2020. We’ll invite a group of coaches to join us for a half-day session, including one to one interviews, in Manchester.
