Essential non-coaching role supporting CIAO in Trafford

We are very pleased to be able to announce that CIAO is recruiting a part-time Service Coordinator to support our service providing life coaching for individuals in families in the community in Trafford. The role is offered on a fixed term contract to the end of April 2019.

The role requires someone who is used to working independently to deliver services to a high standard. You will be working from home or in regular meetings with our commissioner and other Early Help providers within Trafford. You will need to talk confidently to our wide range of stakeholders about the benefits of CIAO’s coaching. You will be analytical and able to analyse data to produce reports for both the internal audience and our commissioner.

Though independence is key you won’t be alone. You will have day-to-day contact with the CIAO coaches working on the project and be line managed by our CEO.

This is an exciting time to join CIAO. We have just appointed our first CEO to support our growth and increase the number of offenders or those at risk of offending who are offered life coaching.

Though this role is initially offered on a fixed term basis we anticipate that there will be a range of opportunities for the right candidates as CIAO continues on our journey.
