It was five years ago today that Clare McGregor, our founder, rang the Governor of Styal Prison to ask if she could offer life coaching to the women inside. His response – Great, when can you start? – has led to an organisation whose 30 coaches have helped almost 500 clients. See more on our journey here.

Milestones are always a time for reflection and we are thankful for all the coaches, clients and many supporters who have played a part in this wonderful achievement.
